About the role
- Analyze & run workshops: assess the data situation, identify gaps, prepare templates, and lead data workshops
- Data & models: transform customer data into the paretos schema, set up and compare baseline and agent-based forecast results, identify opportunities, and test hypotheses
- Business impact: analyze results and derive actionable recommendations, always focused on real customer value
- Go-live & monitoring: monitor pipelines, verify forecast quality, respond to ad-hoc questions, and continuously optimize
- Communication & feedback: serve as the technical point of contact for the customer, collaborate closely with Customer Success and Product/Forecast teams, provide feedback, and support product development
- You take end-to-end responsibility, are visible to customers and the team, think analytically and commercially, and ensure every project delivers real value.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Business or Data Analyst
- Very strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- Solid programming skills in Python and experience with Git
- Practical experience with SQL / relational databases
- Excellent communication skills – internally and externally
- Fluent in German and English (German is required)
- Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
- Willingness to work on-site in Heidelberg on a regular basis
