About the role
- Develop and create engaging social media (LinkedIn) content in both German and English to captivate our B2B audience.
- Play an essential role in organizing our conferences and dinner events, including ensuring smooth communication with participants, managing and updating essential lists, researching and coordinating with suppliers (food trucks, special venues, etc.).
- Update and improve marketing materials such as PowerPoint presentations and other promotional assets.
- Ensure our CRM system is up to date and contribute to the overall success of our marketing and event strategies.
Requirements
- Fluent in German and English
- A natural talent for words and a sharp eye for tone and style
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks with ease
- A keen eye for detail combined with a flair for creativity to bring fresh ideas to life
- Experience with design tools like Canva (or similar) is a plus
