About the role
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping and organized supporting documentation
- Prepare monthly/quarterly audit-ready files and send them to our auditors
- Support the monthly close with reconciliations and schedules
- Run customer invoicing for subscriptions, renewals, prorations, upgrades/downgrades in Stripe
- Manage AR aging, follow-ups, and collections
- Handle credit notes, refunds, cancellations, and approvals
- Reconcile Stripe payouts, fees, refunds, and chargebacks to bank and records
- Track cancellations/non-renewals and ensure correct billing stops/adjustments
- Process prorations/credits accurately and reconcile churn-related adjustments
- Own and deliver our monthly cockpit covering growth & customer KPIs, revenue & MRR, costs & burn, and commercial tracking
Requirements
- 3–5 years in accounting/bookkeeping (SaaS/subscription is a big plus)
- Strong ability to deliver auditor-ready reporting packs and clean reconciliations
- Confidence working with Stripe (payouts, fees, refunds, chargebacks)
- Strong Google Sheets/Excel skills; comfortable owning dashboards end-to-end
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate, summarize, and spot anomalies
- Organized, proactive, and able to work cross-functionally
- Nice to have VAT exposure / multi-country experience
- Experience with accounting tools
- Understanding of MRR/churn dynamics
