About the role
- Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap across ParcelHero and ParcelHero Pro
- Translate business objectives, customer needs, and market opportunities into clear, prioritised product initiatives
- Make pragmatic trade-offs to balance speed, quality, and commercial impact
- Work closely with engineering to ensure predictable delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Own prioritisation, sequencing, and scope decisions across the product backlog
- Ensure product decisions are grounded in data, customer insight, and commercial outcomes
- Partner with leadership to align product strategy with revenue growth and business goals
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, use cases, and buying behaviour
- Ensure products deliver clear value to customers and measurable impact to the business
- Act as the single point of accountability for product direction and outcomes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, and commercial teams
- Build clarity, alignment, and momentum across teams as the company scales
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product strategy in a B2B or B2B2C technology business
- Strong track record of owning roadmaps and delivering commercially impactful products
- Comfortable operating hands-on and close to delivery
- Able to make clear prioritisation decisions in fast-moving environments
- Strong commercial intuition and understanding of how product drives growth
- Confident working closely with engineers and technical stakeholders
- Takes full ownership for outcomes, not just outputs
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment
