About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Perform the credentialing of banking correspondents by receiving and verifying required documentation.
  • Register correspondents in internal systems.
  • Follow up on requests with the involved departments until credentialing is completed.
  • Manage the de-credentialing process for banking correspondents.
  • Monitor correspondents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
  • Organize and maintain documents and information related to processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and propose automations to optimize currently manual processes.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Business Management, or another business-related program.
  • Available to intern for a minimum of 2 years.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication.
  • Ability to plan, organize and track activities.
  • Proactive profile, able to carry out tasks autonomously and interact with different areas.
  • Knowledge of SQL (desirable).
  • Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
