About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Perform the credentialing of banking correspondents by receiving and verifying required documentation.
- Register correspondents in internal systems.
- Follow up on requests with the involved departments until credentialing is completed.
- Manage the de-credentialing process for banking correspondents.
- Monitor correspondents to ensure compliance with internal policies and regulations.
- Organize and maintain documents and information related to processes.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and propose automations to optimize currently manual processes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Commercial Management, Business Management, or another business-related program.
- Available to intern for a minimum of 2 years.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong Excel skills.
- Good verbal and written communication.
- Ability to plan, organize and track activities.
- Proactive profile, able to carry out tasks autonomously and interact with different areas.
- Knowledge of SQL (desirable).
- Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
