About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Map market potential by region, identifying expansion opportunities and geographic prioritization;
Continuously monitor competitor activity, financial sector trends and regulatory changes, translating these insights into business recommendations;
Develop market studies and strategic analyses to support the definition of new channels, regions and commercial operating models;
Build and maintain a reliable intelligence repository, consolidating market information, indicators and internal data to support strategic decisions;
Partner with Commercial and BI teams, turning data into practical insights to increase sales force efficiency;
Prepare periodic analyses on market potential, market share, productivity by channel, ROI and initiative performance;
Produce executive presentations, benchmarks and strategic materials to support commercial leadership in decision making;
Continuously review expansion criteria, indicators and hypotheses, proposing adjustments based on results and market developments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in Market Intelligence, Commercial Planning, Strategy, Consulting or similar areas;
Proven experience developing strategic analyses focused on business expansion and identifying market opportunities;
Ability to interpret large volumes of data and translate them into actionable business recommendations;
Knowledge of commercial KPIs, market studies, market share and performance analyses;
Experience creating executive presentations for different leadership levels;
Analytical profile with strategic vision, critical thinking and ability to connect information from multiple sources;
Influencing skills and ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
