About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, maintain and evolve applications on the Pega platform, working from conception through to support.
Create and modify flows, business rules, cases and interfaces within Pega, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with business needs.
Implement and maintain integrations with internal and external systems, primarily via REST/SOAP APIs.
Actively participate in hyperautomation squads, collaborating with professionals across different technologies (Pega, Python, automation, AI).
Contribute to continuous process improvement by identifying end-to-end automation opportunities.
Perform testing, support functional validations with users and ensure the quality of deliveries.
Document technical solutions, rules and implementation decisions to ensure traceability and ease of maintenance.
Collaborate with technical leadership and specialists, sharing knowledge and supporting the team’s development.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Practical experience as a Pega Systems Analyst (Mid-level), with hands-on work on the platform.
Knowledge of Pega Dev Studio, including working with rules, RuleSets and versioning.
Experience with integrations via REST and/or SOAP APIs.
Basic SQL knowledge and programming logic.
Fundamentals of object-oriented programming.
Experience in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban or similar).
Strong communication, collaboration and continuous learning skills.
Pega SA (System Architect) certification.
Experience with Pega platform version 8 or higher.
Experience in banking or financial environments.
Knowledge or practical interest in hyperautomation, RPA, AI or automations beyond Pega.
Previous experience or interest in Python or other complementary technologies.
Technical English for reading documentation and study.
