About the role
- Responsible for Continuous Improvement initiatives, leading the implementation of operational excellence standards and identifying opportunities to increase productivity and reduce costs;
- Ensure process initiatives are aligned with the company's strategic goals;
- Support leadership in designing new processes and managing organizational change;
- Perform process modeling using languages such as BPMN and tools like Bizagi or Visio to document and redesign workflows;
- Identify failures, bureaucratic bottlenecks and non-value-added activities, proposing technical and managerial solutions;
- Establish KPI-driven management by defining and monitoring key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of implemented improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree: Degree in areas such as Production Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, IT or related fields;
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years working in process analysis, continuous improvement or organizational consulting;
- Mapping and modeling: Deep knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and modeling tools such as Bizagi or Visio;
- Ability to negotiate with different departments and persuade leadership of the need for critical changes.
