About the role

  • Serve as the technical lead and head of the Training, Communications, and Quality function
  • Responsible for coordinating these initiatives across the network, ensuring consistency, clarity, and measurable impact on sales and customer service operations performance
  • Lead the design and technical strategy for training programs and learning journeys for sales and customer service
  • Ensure product, process, performance, and behavioral trainings are aligned with business needs
  • Define guidelines, standards, and best practices for content, learning pathways, and instructional methodologies
  • Serve as a technical point of support for analysts and specialists in the area
  • Coordinate the creation and continuous improvement of operational scripts and the processes and SLAs for content development and distribution
  • Oversee the communication strategy with the network

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Training, Quality Assurance, Corporate Education, or related fields
  • Experience in technical leadership or team coordination
  • Strong knowledge of learning methodologies (learning paths, 70/20/10, microlearning, etc.)
  • Experience with sales and customer service techniques, preferably in large-scale environments
  • Ability to design and evaluate training and quality metrics/KPIs
  • Ability to translate complex topics into materials, scripts, and clear communications
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva) and working knowledge of Excel/Sheets for analysis
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, recording tools, and digital learning environments
