About the role

  • Execute internal audit activities according to the audit plan, with the objective of assessing the effectiveness and compliance of processes with internal policies and the applicable regulatory framework, and identifying risks and opportunities for improvement in the audited processes;
  • Prepare reports containing observations and recommendations resulting from audit work, aimed at contributing to the development and enhancement of processes within the organizational and governance structure;
  • Monitor the implementation of action plans related to identified findings to verify the adoption of recommendations and the timely remediation of issues;
  • Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of internal audit processes, including the creation and refinement of automated routines;
  • Perform duties with a high level of technical rigor, objectivity, confidentiality and independence, adhering to internal audit best practices, professional standards and quality requirements demanded by the organization and regulatory bodies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree completed;
  • Experience in Internal Audit;
  • Prior experience and knowledge of the regulatory framework of the National Financial System (Sistema Financeiro Nacional);
  • Knowledge of banking products and services;
  • Familiarity with Internal Control and Risk Management frameworks, especially COSO ICIF 2013 and COSO ERM 2017;
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, especially ACL, SQL and Power BI;
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and objectively and adapt language according to the target audience;
  • Proactivity, strong analytical skills, ability to anticipate problems, sense of urgency and task prioritization, and a commitment to continuous improvement of internal processes.
