About the role

  • Lead medium- and high-complexity HR topics, including restructurings, sensitive policies, critical announcements, significant personnel movements, and labor-legal matters
  • Direct collaboration with HR and executive leadership to define strategy and craft narratives
  • Lead high‑exposure cross‑functional institutional projects
  • Communicate structural changes and sensitive issues, with a focus on reputational risk management
  • Corporate communications for Paraná Banco Investimentos
  • Governance and strategic updates of the corporate website
  • Development, implementation, and dissemination of Brand Guides and Manuals
  • Structure the “Resultados em Foco” project and support the quarterly release
  • Institutional ESG narrative and management of Incentive Laws communications
  • Strategy and perception management for the Great Place to Work (GPTW) survey
  • Employer brand strategy and positioning on LinkedIn
  • Budget management for the projects under your responsibility

Requirements

  • Degree in Journalism (preferred), Communications, or related fields
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience and a solid corporate background
  • Proven experience in internal and corporate communications
  • Experience in organizational change contexts and handling sensitive topics
  • Excellent writing skills, broad knowledge base, and strategic vision
  • Conflict mediation skills, agility, and decisiveness
  • Problem-solving, results-oriented profile
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose strategic solutions to complex challenges
  • Skilled in research, benchmarking, and constructing strategic narratives
  • Experience in high‑exposure institutional environments and working with senior leadership
