About the role

  • Monitor the progress of portfolio activities to maintain the most accurate and reliable information for each registered initiative;
  • Assess execution and business risks of projects;
  • Prepare executive and strategic presentations that demonstrate portfolio status;
  • Critically analyze reports and implement continuous improvement in project monitoring;
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks to monitor initiative progress;
  • Ensure compliance with governance and internal processes;
  • Conduct feasibility studies and financial impact analyses of initiatives;
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to foster understanding and collaboration among stakeholders;
  • Promote team training in value-management methodologies and apply standard governance procedures.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project and program management, preferably in corporate banking or related environments;
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies and at least 2 years of portfolio management experience;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team;
  • Knowledge and proficiency in WSJF calculation.
