About the role
- Design and evolve the customer acquisition strategy (paid, owned, and earned), oriented to the full funnel;
- Define goals and attribution models by channel (Search, Social, Display, Affiliates, Partnerships, and Offline);
- Plan and execute quarterly experiment roadmaps (A/B and MVT) for creatives, targeting, bids, offers, and landing pages;
- Orchestrate and optimize campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and alternative channels (YouTube, Discovery, Programmatic);
- Structure and optimize funnels and conversion journeys (landing pages, forms, lead magnets and nurturing flows);
- Manage key metrics such as CAC, CPL, CTR, CVR, LTV, ROI and ROAS, ensuring targets and margins;
- Implement and maintain data governance and tagging (UTMs, GTM, pixels, events and conversions);
- Integrate media and performance with CRM and automation (scoring, nurturing, SQL/SAO and hand-off to Sales);
- Lead performance and growth initiatives together with Content, BI, Product, Sales and partners/agencies;
- Build dashboards, generate actionable insights, run performance rituals and present executive optimization plans.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, performance or growth, with proven scaling cases;
- Strong mastery of paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads);
- Hands-on experience with CRM and automation (RD Station, HubSpot or Salesforce);
- Experience with funnel modeling, lead qualification and integration with Sales teams;
- Solid knowledge of acquisition, conversion and unit economics metrics;
- Experience with A/B testing, CRO and continuous landing page optimization;
- Knowledge of web analytics (GA4, GTM, UTMs, events and conversions);
- Ability to build and interpret dashboards in Power BI or Looker Studio;
- Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or related fields;
- Proactive, analytical and results-oriented profile with excellent communication skills.
