About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own and grow relationships with third-party IP owners and partners for the partner marketing portfolio
  • Set strategy for leveraging partner IP and lead co-marketing initiatives
  • Lead and negotiate approvals and usage terms in partnership with legal
  • Maintain and optimize governance for creative asset and campaign approvals
  • Set and uphold IP usage standards and oversee usage playbooks
  • Lead partner-driven campaigns and tentpole programs from strategy through delivery
  • Own campaign timelines, trackers, approvals, and stakeholder information flow
  • Drive alignment across Creative, Social, Communications, Lifecycle, Programming, and Production
  • Mentor coordinator-level team members and delegate detail work
  • Own operational infrastructure, including calendars, trackers, status reporting, and shared drives
  • Build executive-ready decks and recaps
  • Partner with the Director on measurement approaches and success metrics
  • Lead post-campaign analyses and translate learnings into recommendations
  • Track industry trends for growth opportunities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6–8 years in marketing, entertainment, media, or advertising
  • Experience owning partner or brand marketing programs
  • Experience managing external partner/IP relationships, including approvals and usage terms
  • Ability to lead cross-functional programs and influence senior stakeholders
  • Strategic thinking with hands-on flexibility
  • Experience working with internal legal teams on business matters
  • Mentoring or management experience
  • Extraordinary communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong organization across multiple complex projects and deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
  • Background in entertainment, streaming, media, or consumer brands
  • Knowledge of project management tools such as Airtable, Monday.com, and Asana
  • Knowledge of AI tools such as Claude and Gemini
  • People management experience
  • Occasional travel as business needs dictate
