About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist Head of Creative with day-to-day operations via full-range of executive administrative support
  • Anticipate the needs of a busy executive and take action to tackle problems
  • Partner daily with support staff of C-Suite Senior Executives
  • Be highly responsive to direct and anticipated needs
  • Coordinate heavy travel itineraries quickly and precisely
  • Inform and plan actions based on travel itineraries
  • Complete scheduling and calendar management
  • Provide effective meeting coordination including agendas, notes, action items, and follow-ups
  • Manage confidential information and documents from the department

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or related field
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
  • minor basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator
  • Keynote
  • Photoshop
  • Knowledge of Zoom and Teams
  • Employ exemplary judgment, discretion, and overall decision-making skills
  • Enthusiastic and keen to tackle new projects and ideas while maintaining focus on key priorities
  • Proficient organizational skills and attention to detail
