About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) architecture and development efforts
Convert business requirements into automated and scalable EPM workflows
Own end-to-end architecture, design, and development for Oracle Cloud EPM modules
Drive hands-on build-out of advanced Calculation Manager rules and automation
Engineer data integration pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration
Partner directly with CFO and senior Finance leadership
Establish technical standards, metadata governance, and environment lifecycle management
Oversee integration strategy between EPM modules and ERP systems
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of EPM developers and analysts

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in EPM/CPM system implementation
7+ years in a senior architecture and/or leadership role
Deep technical mastery building Oracle Cloud EPM solutions
Advanced proficiency with Calculation Manager, Groovy, SQL, and automation
Experience designing and supporting EPM data integrations
Exceptional communication skills
