About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- architect and oversee the enterprise AI orchestration framework
- integrate automation, RPA, and multi-agent systems across the company's technology ecosystem
- blend strategic architecture, infrastructure leadership, and hands-on engineering
- design and implement the AI orchestration layer that connects automation engines and enterprise applications
- build infrastructure pipelines to support AI/ML deployment
- define and enforce standards for MLOps, APIs, observability, and compliance
- partner with product, data, and engineering teams
- ensure adherence to internal AI guardrails, SLAs, and security/compliance standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure architecture, AI platforms, or enterprise systems integration
- hands-on development using Python and API-based services
- strong expertise in Azure cloud services
- proven experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines
- demonstrated technical lead experience
- experience designing AI orchestration frameworks, including multi-agent systems
- familiarity with enterprise automation platforms such as Automation Anywhere, UiPath
- experience building API-driven services using frameworks such as FastAPI
- working knowledge of containerization (Docker)
- solid understanding of MLOps practices
- excellent technical documentation and architectural communication skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline
