About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in the preparation of the long-range plan, annual budget, and monthly forecasts for domestic compensation and headcount and SG&A in collaboration with business partners and Finance aligned with the company’s fiscal calendar
Gather information and prepare monthly and quarterly cause-of-change analysis for divisions and departments the role supports
Partner with key touchpoints in Human Resources to plan changes related to organization structure changes and business-as-usual updates in headcount and compensation
Support department head stakeholders with reporting and analysis of departmental expenses
Ad hoc analysis and reports
Overtime may be required, particularly for monthly forecasts and annual budget submissions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting
Minimum 6+ years of experience in Financial Planning/Reporting & Analysis/Accounting related experience
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, Microsoft Edge)
Ability to communicate successfully across various departments and with various levels throughout the organization.
CPA, ACCA (or equivalent) a plus
Experience in Oracle, Longview and SAP a plus
Experience in the Media and Entertainment industry a plus
Strong working knowledge of general accounting principles, concepts and processes (US GAAP/IFRS)
