About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide employees with front-line HR support, guidance, and troubleshooting across HR topics
- Coordinate the escalation and resolution of advanced employee issues across Payroll, Total Rewards, IT, and HRBP teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop “self-service” knowledge content for employees
- Support the onboarding process for all incoming employees
- Manage employee data changes and job requisition requests
- Manage end-to-end employee offboarding
- Support HRBPs with reporting requests
- Collaborate with HR Data team on regular data audits
- Support HR Operational projects
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a customer service, HR or administrative role (internships will be considered)
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to assess processes within a cross-functional organization, proficient at prioritizing new and improved processes
- Working knowledge of topics across HR functional areas. These areas include Benefits, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Organizational Development, HR Systems and Operations, HR Compliance, and Payroll
