About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Sort, screen, and route all incoming mail and parcels according to assigned routes.
Scan and track deliveries, input them into the tracking system, and manage outgoing shipments via FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
Complete two daily runs (typically 8:00 AM and 2:00 PM) within 90 minutes.
Keep mail slot names and building/room numbers current, and address 'unknown' mail (illegible names, missing addresses, etc.)
Maintain the integrity and cleanliness of the mailroom area.
Back up other messengers when needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid California driver’s license to operate an electric cart on the property.
Capable of carrying up to 50 lbs. and lifting to 75 lbs. using a pushcart/dolly.
Proficiency with tracking systems and basic computer operations.
0–1+ years of mailroom or similar experience is preferred.
Strong customer service, attention to detail, ability to work self-reliantly, and teamwork.
High School Diploma or equivalent.
