About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Consistently meet or exceed established revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis
  • Manage a Hold Co Programmatic sales pipeline - including forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management and reporting
  • Proactively uncover new partnership opportunities
  • Confidently lead conversations about the programmatic landscape, including indirect marketplaces (SSP/DSP Marketplaces) and direct 1:1 advertiser/agency strategies
  • Regularly share programmatic knowledge and marketplace expertise internally and externally to strengthen client strategies and accelerate revenue growth
  • Identify, build and strengthen relationships with key programmatic leads across your Hold Co to support long-term business growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact both internally and externally
  • Bring proactive, consultative solutions to your clients by leveraging Paramount’s sales products and delivering strategic insights through QBRs
  • Act as the programmatic expert, collaborating with internal teams, sales partners, and leadership to align strategies
  • Partner closely with Convergent leadership and Direct teams to exchange insights and drive joint strategies for programmatic first accounts
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide strategic input on performance, partnerships and product offering

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, direct programmatic advertising/agency strategies and the overall programmatic biddable landscape
  • Proven track record of senior level client and agency relationships
  • Skilled in consultative selling and long-term client relationship management
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team culture
