About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the ad sales team in business development efforts, inventory requests, and media plan creation and execution.
  • Work with a designated sales team to ensure impeccable campaign planning.
  • Provide optimal client service support for assigned advertisers and agencies.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries and requests pertaining to their digital programs.
  • Prepare proposals and client presentations; provide clients with pricing and inventory availability.
  • Partner with sales to build client relationships while helping the Digital Sales team upsell & renew business.
  • Work with marketing, pricing, and sales to create thoughtful media plans and proposals; facilitate any additional media plan needs internally.
  • Develop client research/decks to promote new business development and growth.
  • Manage collection of creative assets, tracking and ad verification from clients/agency contacts; coordinate with Ad Operations (AdOps).
  • Project manage and coordinate with internal and external agency teams for campaign execution.
  • Work with AdOps & Campaign Strategists to monitor and optimize campaigns.
  • Utilize Salesforce to streamline communication across internal teams, assist in sales funnel management, and manage client information.
  • Ensure continuity across pre-and post-sale activities - own the entire deal flow & manage its success.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1-3 years proven digital advertising experience
  • Experience working with FreeWheel, Salesforce, Operative and/or WideOrbit
  • BS / BA degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
  • High proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
  • Programmatic advertising experience
  • Experience building and booking media plans
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a team, goal-oriented environment.
  • Extraordinary communication and organizational skills.
  • Solid written communication skills and ability to think creatively.
  • Ability to prioritize & multi-task in a dynamic sales environment.
