About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prospect, develop, and manage new and existing business accounts to achieve and exceed revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through remarkable service and strategic guidance
- Identify client needs and create customized, creative multi-media advertising campaigns
- Present and sell integrated advertising solutions across broadcast, digital, and emerging platforms
- Demonstrate strong negotiation and closing skills throughout the sales cycle
- Utilize media research and ratings tools (e.g., Nielsen and similar platforms) to develop data-driven proposals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Previous sales experience preferred, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Good knowledge of Sports such as NFL, NCAA Football, Basketball, PGA Golf, WNBA and Mixed Martial Arts
- Self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and consistent
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- College degree preferred
- Valid California driver’s license
