Key responsibilities & impact

Build and ship Paramount’s Smart TV applications across Samsung Tizen, LG webOS, and other CTV platforms.
Write React and TypeScript that performs within resource constraints.
Own features from concept through certification.
Collaborate with central video engineering, external platform partners, and Product/Design.
Optimize application performance on resource-constrained CTV devices.
Document components, platform-specific patterns, and technical decisions.
Improve CI/CD pipelines and testing infrastructure for multi-platform Smart TV deployments.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years writing software
2+ years building Smart TV or CTV applications on web-based platforms (Tizen, webOS, or similar)
BS in Computer Science, a related field, or equivalent work experience
React and TypeScript experience
State management with Redux and RTK
Client-side routing patterns (React Router or equivalent)
Front-end fundamentals: HTML, CSS, modern JavaScript
CI/CD environments with DevOps and SRE principles
RESTful API integration and data handling
