About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain relationships with brand stakeholders and internal P+ Original teams to ensure accurate tracking and successful launches on service.
Conduct regular audits to verify critical metadata between systems.
Act as the main point of contact monitoring delivery statuses and asset readiness for new content coming to the service.
Act as the cross-functional point of contact between Programming & Content Management to maintain and optimize centralized tracking resources.
Liaise between P+ and Post production teams to manage delivery schedules and asset fulfillment ETAs.
Work alongside the Associate Manager to ensure timely delivery of assets in accordance with established deadlines.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years’ experience working in streaming media, entertainment, or technology
Bachelor's degree in technology, business, data, media or relevant fields preferred
Familiarity with streaming and SVOD media landscape
Strong proficiency in Google Suite and MS office applications, especially Excel
Experience with Project Management tools such as Jira, Airtable and Salesforce
Demonstrated experience serving as a cross-functional communicator between teams
Adept at working autonomously to manage timelines and prioritize tasks
Stellar interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Strong organization and presentation skills
Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a necessity
Ideal candidate will have the ability to work well under pressure and quickly adapt to change in a dynamic work environment
