Key responsibilities & impact

Lead FAST and streaming distribution workflows by coordinating across internal engineering teams, platform operators, and external partners
Execute and oversee cable network signal distribution workflows
Support CBS broadcast distribution operations
Maintain accuracy of distribution data across platforms and partners
Partner with technology teams on distribution-related initiatives
Oversee CBS VOD operations end-to-end
Manage CBS VOD performance and workflows
Partner with Ad Operations and external partners for dynamic ad insertion
Translate distribution-related contractual requirements into operational execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience in business operations, content distribution, or related fields
Experience across multiple distribution operations areas (e.g., signal distribution, VOD, FAST/streaming, advertising workflows)
Proven ability to manage complex, cross-platform workflows and partner relationships
Strong organizational and project management skills with a hands-on approach to execution
Experience leveraging AI-enabled tools (e.g., Claude)
Ability to interpret technical and contractual requirements and translate them into operational execution across cross-functional teams
Strong communication and collaboration skills
