About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- End-to-end payroll processing for Argentina
- Validation and processing of payroll inputs (overtime, bonuses, deductions, etc.)
- Compliance with Argentine labor laws, tax regulations, and CBAs
- Payroll reporting and reconciliation
- Support on income tax (Ganancias) and statutory contributions
- Coordination with internal teams and external payroll vendors
- Employee support related to payroll inquiries
- Administration of health insurance and employee benefits
- Invoice processing and payment follow-up
- Absenteeism tracking and reporting
- Preparation of FTC contracts and ARCA updates
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3–4 years of payroll experience in Argentina
- Strong knowledge of payroll taxes, labor legislation, and social security contributions
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with payroll systems (ADP or similar is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Experience in multinational environments
- Intermediate English level
