About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead our Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) architecture and development efforts
Serve as the primary technical authority for our EPM Cloud ecosystem
Create complex solutions and write advanced calculation scripts
Collaborate closely with the Finance team
Convert business requirements into automated and scalable EPM workflows
Own end-to-end architecture, design, and development for Oracle Cloud EPM modules including PBCS, ARCS, EPCM, Freeform, and TRCS
Drive hands-on build-out of advanced Calculation Manager rules, Groovy scripting, complex business logic, and automation using EPM Automate and REST APIs
Engineer data integration pipelines using Data Management / Data Integration
Oversee orchestration and scheduling across environments
Partner directly with CFO and senior Finance leadership to translate needs into scalable EPM solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need

12+ years of experience in EPM/CPM system implementation
7+ years in a senior architecture and/or leadership role
Deep technical mastery building Oracle Cloud EPM solutions across PBCS, ARCS, EPCM, TRCS, and Freeform
Advanced proficiency with Calculation Manager, Groovy for EPM, SQL, and automation using EPM Automate and REST APIs
Experience designing and supporting EPM data integrations (Data Management / Data Integration) and end-to-end EPM-to-ERP integration strategies
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical constraints into clear, actionable recommendations for executive leadership
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s/MBA preferred)
