Key responsibilities & impact

Architect and implement AI‑driven services, micro‑platforms, and developer tools that support GQE.
Build and optimize RAG pipelines, embeddings systems, and LLM‑powered utilities.
Develop intelligent automation accelerators that classify failures, detect flakiness, and recommend fixes.
Integrate AI capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and existing automation frameworks.
Partner with QE, Platform, and Data Engineering to define requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.
Evaluate emerging AI technologies and propose functional applications.

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of software engineering experience with robust backend expertise
Proven experience building production‑grade AI or ML‑powered systems
Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms
Hands‑on experience with vector databases, embeddings, and LLM orchestration
Experience integrating tools into CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows
