About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee audience strategy and pricing.
- Plan and implement campaigns based on data.
- Partner with third party data providers to evaluate data quality and identify new strategic opportunities.
- Design and implement advanced audience segmentation strategies.
- Drive cross functional alignment by partnering with sales, marketing, product, data science, and engineering.

Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years of experience in advanced TV, ad tech, media analytics, or data driven advertising
- 3+ years of management experience with a focus on team development
- Experience activating targeted media campaigns across digital, addressable, programmatic, or linear TV
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable insights
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
