Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with Sales, Inventory, Account and Traffic specialists
Handle client order entry and project management
Track and report on campaign impressions
Generate and analyze reports to resolve discrepancies
Partner with Billing and Finance teams
Assist in the integration and management of digital and streaming advertising workflows

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to understand and work with numbers
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Acute attention to detail and responsible work ethic
Highly motivated self-starter and exceptional team player
Desire and interest to work in advertising sales
Previous experience in media sales or advertising is a plus
Familiarity with digital and streaming advertising platforms and workflows
Experience with data analysis and reporting tools is an advantage
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
