About the role

  • Manage and oversee content availability and clearance, ensuring precise alignment with sales opportunities and contractual requirements.
  • Track and manage licensing deals and change orders in Salesforce, maintaining data integrity, timely updates, and visibility across teams.
  • Perform deal-level analysis, evaluating financial performance, market trends, and content sales effectiveness.
  • Analyze historical sales data to identify patterns, risks, and growth opportunities, and provide actionable insights to Sales.
  • Monitor market and industry trends to support strategic sales planning and content positioning.
  • Serve as a liaison between Sales and support teams (deal management, legal, finance, content operations), ensuring smooth deal execution and issue resolution.
  • Create visually compelling presentations that clearly communicate insights, recommendations, and performance summaries to internal stakeholders.
  • Support ad hoc strategic initiatives, reporting, and special projects as needed to drive sales effectiveness and revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in sales strategy, sales analytics, business analysis, or a related role
  • Strong experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for deal tracking and reporting
  • Proven ability to assess large data sets and translate findings into clear business insights
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, and support teams
