About the role

  • Support the delivery of marketing campaigns and initiatives across multiple channels including digital, social, and partnerships.
  • Assist in coordinating campaign timelines, asset delivery, and approvals between internal teams and external agencies.
  • Help manage creative briefings and content requests, ensuring brand consistency across all materials.
  • Monitor campaign performance, compile reports, and support in analyzing key metrics to track results.
  • Research market trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to inform campaign planning.
  • Collaborate with brand, content, and CRM teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution of marketing activities.
  • Support the coordination of events, promotions, and local brand activations as needed.
  • Contribute to the organization and maintenance of marketing assets and documentation.

Requirements

  • Junior-level experience: 2-3 years of experience in marketing, media, or a related field (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Eagerness to learn about marketing strategy, campaign management, and brand communication.
  • Interest in media, entertainment, and digital culture.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and a good level of German; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital and social media platforms as well as tools such as Canva, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office.
