Operations

• Architect, build, and maintain advanced Airtable bases, interfaces, and automations.
• Develop custom JavaScript scripts to extend Airtable functionality and automate complex processes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain API integrations to connect Airtable with enterprise systems, marketing platforms, and creative tools.
• Ensure systems are scalable, secure, and aligned with data governance and workflow best practices.
• Build cross-platform automations using Airtable, APIs, and third-party platforms (Zapier, Make, Workato).
• Troubleshoot and optimize integrations between Airtable and tools such as Adobe Firefly, Frame.io, project management systems, CRM, DAM, and analytics platforms.
• Monitor system performance, error handling, and reliability of all API-driven workflows.
• Lead, mentor, and support another Airtable Builder to ensure alignment and consistency across builds.
• Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Operations teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Establish governance standards, documentation, and adoption strategies for Airtable usage and API integrations.
