About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support key stages of the plant growth cycle, from propagation to harvest
Maintain plant cultivation in compliance with company policies and state regulations
Work closely with Cultivation Supervisors and fellow team members
Accurately measure and apply water and nutrients
Monitor plant weights and saturation levels
Assist with transplanting and moving plants between vegetative and flower rooms
Set up trellis systems and support healthy plant growth
Complete logbooks and documentation accurately
Perform cultivation tasks efficiently and with attention to detail
Support additional cultivation activities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

21+ years old
Valid government-issued photo ID
Ability to calculate and record measurements accurately
Ability to read, understand, and follow instructions in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred: 6+ months of agricultural, horticultural, or cannabis cultivation experience
