- We are looking for a Sales Director/ Customer Executive who will be accountable for driving order intake, revenue, new business for Radio Access products and solutions across the South East Asia region.
- As the principal sales leader, the suitable candidate will have a consultive personality that can build trusted C‑suite client relationships, shape customer strategies, become a trusted advisor and orchestrate alignment across internal stakeholders and partners.
Requirements
- 15+ years’ experience in telecom sales, selling directly to local MNOs as an individual contributor, with a strong quota-carrying background.
- Proven sales success in Southeast Asia markets, including complex account management and multi-stakeholder negotiations.
- Strong technical understanding of RAN technologies—including Macro Radios, Massive MIMO, Open RAN (O-RAN), and end-to-end mobile network solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional and matrix organizations.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel up to ~50% across countries in the region.
