About the role
- Provide Sales leadership with technical support sales process.
- Be a thought leader and trusted advisor to MNOs Technical Managers
- Document (via diagram & description) complete solution (RAN & others) to describe the benefits of our products.
- Follow industry technology trends through self-study and formal training.
- Serve as regional subject matter expert for our product offering and industry trends.
- Clearly communicate customer’s requirements to our teams responsible for the development implementation, and ongoing support of Parallel Wireless solution.
- Develop technical sales material for customer engagement.
- Support Parallel Wireless targets (Sales & Marketing) in your region & globally.
- Maintain a solid relationship with key technical stakeholders and develop new relations with existing & new MNOs
Requirements
- At least 10+ years of professional experience and track record working in Solution Sales Engineering working with MNOs
- Deep understanding of Radio Access Network/OSS and Core across 2G/ 4G & 5G – **Must.**
- Extensive knowledge of the MNOs world and cellular network in particular - **Must**.
- Extensive verbal and written communication skills and interacting with technical executives, including high standard and quality presentation and proposal writing – **Must**.
- Exceptional organization skills with ability to articulate and gain client mind share.
- Ability to work independently on numerous activities and prioritize properly to meet deadlines.
- Ability and flexibility to travel to meet clients in the region – up to 30%.
