About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the account end to end: relationship, technical guidance, commercial, escalations, expansion, and renewal.
Be the single point of contact for every inbound and outbound communication with the customer.
Guide the customer's technical approach to integration, simulation usage, and replica adoption.
Program manage 5 to 8 concurrent workstreams across PD and customer teams.
Build and maintain a deep org map across the customer's corporate family.
Run the customer cadence.
Drive multi-year account planning and expansion.
Coordinate internal PD resources so the customer sees one face and gets one answer.
Partner with our executive sponsors on the most senior customer relationships.

Requirements

What you’ll need

An engineering background. BS or MS in computer science, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or a related field.
8+ years of experience, with meaningful time owning complex enterprise technical accounts.
Technical fluency in simulation, perception, sensor systems, ADAS tooling, ML infrastructure, or autonomous systems.
Track record of managing multi-million dollar enterprise relationships at the depth this role requires.
Deep understanding of how large, matrixed organizations make decisions.
Program management instinct.
Strong commercial judgment.
Calm under pressure.
Fully remote. Must be willing to travel internationally, including Japan.
