• Lead and manage the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale telecom projects, including network deployments, infrastructure upgrades, and system integrations
• Direct and coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineers, technical experts, contractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project outcomes
• Serve as the main point of contact for key stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and external partners. Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, and solutions
• Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources, ensuring that projects are completed within financial and operational constraints
• Identify potential risks and challenges, develop mitigation strategies, and address issues promptly to keep projects on track
• Ensure projects comply with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety protocols
• Lead the negotiation and management of contracts with external vendors, ensuring terms and deliverables meet project requirements
• Continuously assess project management processes, recommending improvements for greater efficiency and effectiveness
