About the role
- The Community Adult Program (CAP) Clinician provides comprehensive, person-centered therapeutic services to adults in community-based settings.
- Support individuals with complex behavioral health needs through evidence-based interventions.
- Conduct psychiatric diagnostic evaluations and develop/update treatment plans.
- Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy.
- Work at the top of their licensure, incorporating modalities such as CBT and DBT.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Clinical Psychology, or related field (required).
- Within one month of employment must obtain a preliminary clinical license. Provisional (LPCC, LSW, LMFTC, etc.) Fully Licensed (LPC, LCSW, LMFT)
- Minimum 2 years in behavioral health/clinical service preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, depending on location.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, willingness to travel to homes/communities.
