About the role

  • Partner closely with Product Managers to design UX solutions that directly support engagement, CRO, and SEO goals.
  • Design and iterate on UI components, patterns, and layouts for: Top lists & comparison tables, Content modules & in-article elements, CTAs, navigation elements, and templates
  • Ensure designs are usable, accessible, and consistent across platforms and brands.
  • Translate product and CRO hypotheses into clear, testable design solutions.
  • Support CRO and experimentation initiatives by designing A/B test variants, Layout and CTA alternatives, Engagement-focused UX improvements.
  • Work with Product, SEO, and BI teams to interpret user behavior data and inform design decisions.
  • Iterate designs based on experiment results and performance insights.
  • Use AI tools (e.g. Figma AI, Figma Make, Midjourney, DALL·E, Runway, internal tools) to: Rapidly prototype UI and layout concepts, Generate visual assets and illustrations, Scale design output without sacrificing quality.
  • Own and evolve AI-assisted design workflows, including prompt libraries, templates, and repeatable generation processes.
  • Actively explore new AI tools and techniques to improve speed, consistency, and scalability of design work.
  • Own the graphics and visual output for the products and sites you support. Design and manage: Illustrations, icons, feature visuals, and UI graphics, Generated images used in content and product modules.
  • Build and maintain automated or semi-automated workflows for handling graphics requests from publishing and content teams.
  • Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines, SEO requirements, and performance constraints (e.g. CWV, file sizes).
  • Design with a Gutenberg-first mindset, ensuring components work as: Reusable blocks, Patterns, Layout templates
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure designs are: Technically feasible, Scalable across multiple sites, Easy for editorial teams to use.
  • Contribute to documentation and usage guidelines for design patterns and components.

Requirements

  • Proven experience (2–4+ years) as a UX/UI Designer working on product-led websites or platforms, ideally in SEO-competitive verticals (iGaming, Finance, Crypto, Media, Marketplaces)
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating: UX problem solving, Conversion-focused design, Scalable UI systems and patterns
  • Experience designing for real production constraints, not just conceptual work.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for design and asset generation.
  • Comfortable designing and iterating quickly using AI-assisted workflows.
  • Strong working knowledge of: Figma (components, variants, auto-layout), Design systems and pattern libraries
  • Experience designing for WordPress / Gutenberg or similar block-based CMS environments is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of front-end constraints (HTML, CSS, responsive behavior).
  • Understanding of CRO principles and how design impacts: Engagement, Conversion, SEO signals
  • Ability to design for experimentation and iterate based on performance data.
  • Product-minded and outcome-focused.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable working cross-functionally.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple design streams across different products.
  • Proactive, curious, and motivated to improve systems—not just individual screens.
