Requirements
- Experienced software engineer
- Interest in opportunities in crypto
- Able/willing to speak with Paradigm’s talent team to identify portfolio roles
- Required to submit Name, Email, and Resume via application
- Required to answer: "Why are you interested in crypto?" (Long text)
- Required to indicate: "Have you built production-ready products in crypto?" (Boolean)
- Required to provide a recent achievement description and explanation
- Required to select which opportunities you are interested in (Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, Infrastructure / DevOps, Rust, Smart Contract)
