About the role

  • Paradigm is incubating a stealth project. Today we’re six people. We’re looking for our first forward deployed engineer - someone who will work with large, established partners to get them up and running on a first-of-its-kind product.
  • This role will report to the project’s CTO, and will work closely with our engineering team, our GTM lead, and our investors.
  • Responsibilities: Embed with design partners (50% of time) to help them architect and implement infra solutions; Contribute to product and research decisions; Define and maintain developer documentation and starter repos, initially owning Tempo’s customer support function.
  • Qualifications and Attributes: Deep experience in Rust, Typescript, or Go; High curiosity and customer empathy; Razor-sharp thinker with precise command of language; Excellent organizational and logistical skills; Intense curiosity and open-mindedness; Scrappiness; willingness to roll up sleeves; Growth mindset
