Producer

• Lead the operations and productions of Paradigm’s Brand & Design Studio, across brand, events, content and visual systems
• Lead projects from start to finish, scoping and briefing through to final delivery across digital, design, motion, interactive, experiential, spatial, print, and merch
• Drive planning and resourcing across the studio, managing capacity for internal creatives and a trusted vendor bench
• Partner closely with designers and creatives to identify and secure outside talent and vendors
• Serve as strategic partner to project leads, shaping how work is structured and managed
• Own the studio’s project cadence, keeping timelines, owners, and budgets visible and on track
• Lead relationships with external partners from sourcing and briefing to negotiating SOWs, tracking performance, and ensuring quality
• Build and maintain systems for intake, review, and approvals that keep projects moving while ensuring assets are production ready
• Collaborate with the I&R team to connect with portfolio companies, set expectations, and direct work to the right resources
• Ensure quality control and uphold brand standards across all formats, from digital to physical
• Oversee project budgets, POs, and reconciliations, making tradeoffs between cost, quality, and speed
• Report to VP of Brand and Design; travel required for select events, shoots, and on-site builds; hands-on, studio-based role
