About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Full-time Hospice CNA
- Schedule: Monday thru Friday, 8a-5p
- Available territory openings: CNAs usually assigned to 1-3 counties near the office this position is posted to
- Provide compassionate care to hospice patients, ensuring their comfort and dignity.
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor and document patient vital signs and changes in condition using EMR/EHR systems.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Support families by providing emotional support and education about hospice services.
- Drive to patient locations as needed, ensuring timely and reliable service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 years of CNA experience required
- Licensed CNA in State of Indiana
- One year Hospice experience preferred
- Current driver's license
- Must have reliable transportation and insurance
