Project Manager

• Coordinate Execution of Sponsored Trials:
• Plan, initiate, lead, and manage clinical trials in partnership with a cross functional set of service delivery teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables.
• Define accurate milestones, timelines, and budget management for projects to ensure delivery against internal goals
• Oversee site selection, initiation, and patient recruitment deliverables. Ensure sites are adequately trained and resourced to conduct trials in compliance with protocols.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Work closely with Compliance Team to ensure all clinical trials are compliant with regulatory agencies, Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines, and company SOPs.
• Update guidelines and company SOPs as needed
• Prepare for and participate in regulatory audits and inspections as needed
• Communication:
• Serve as a primary point of contact between sponsors and internal teams in partnership with Sponsor Success Managers. Provide regular updates and progress reports to external and internal stakeholders.
• Support of Sales:
• Develop strong relationships with current clients to generate new and/or additional business in the future
• Liaise with Sales Team about potential new opportunities and facilitate appropriate introductions to client contacts
• Participate in proposals about potential study opportunities and speak as a domain expert in operationalizing the Paradigm platform in context of clinical trials.
• Operational Excellence:
• Establish and maintain best practices for project management, quality assurance, and performance metrics for trials and overall team performance
• Utilize learnings from trial execution to identify opportunities to improve our service delivery model and develop recommendations to address
• Initiate continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction long-term vision.

• Production readiness - handle a moderate size release, know what it means to monitor it and communicate it.

Senior Data Engineer

Clinical Research

• Report to the VP of Commercial Business
• Engage with biopharma customers to present Paradigm Health's mission and articulate the capabilities and value of the end-to-end model and commercial solutions
• Generate interest, qualify prospects, and actively drive follow-up conversations supported by Paradigm Health product and clinical SMEs
• Develop and execute strategic account engagement and sales plans across target customers within and across large biopharma accounts to meet and exceed revenue targets
• Build and maintain strong networks and relationships with key stakeholders, including executives and decision-makers in multiple healthcare and pharmaceutical verticals
• Develop and maintain strategic account plans for assigned top-20 pharma accounts, including stakeholder maps and action plans to achieve account objectives and targets
• Demonstrate Paradigm Health’s product and service offerings across protocol optimization, site feasibility and selection, patient screening and recruitment, and trial data capture
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential clients to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to ensure alignment and optimize customer experience

Account Executive – BioPharma Clinical Research

• Implement Paradigm Software and Solutions workflows at our provider organizations, at scale
• Partner across product development, sales, customer success, engineering, informatics and data science to ensure seamless integration with EHR, Genomics Vendor and CTMS systems
• Manage implementations and track implementation timelines and capacity
• Develop and communicate a comprehensive implementation strategy aligned with company objectives and present updates to executive stakeholders
• Lead, mentor, and empower a team of implementation managers and specialists; manage escalations and risk mitigation
• Serve as primary liaison with key clients during implementation; define project scope, timelines, and deliverables; oversee multiple large-scale software deployments
• Establish and maintain quality assurance processes; define KPIs and metrics; conduct reviews and audits to identify improvements

Executive Director, Implementations

• Trial Coordination &amp; Patient Enrollment: Oversee daily study operations, manage pre-screening, validate patient eligibility, and support smooth handoffs to sites for full screening and consent.
• Site Engagement &amp; Communication: Collaborate closely with site staff and investigators to optimize enrollment workflows, support feasibility assessments, and provide study updates.
• Data &amp; Compliance: Ensure accurate data collection, maintain patient confidentiality, and follow GCP, protocol, and regulatory standards.
• Product Feedback &amp; Platform Insights: Capture site-level and patient insights, track issues or improvement opportunities, and work with product/engineering teams to enhance the Paradigm platform, including NLP-driven features.
• Site Visits &amp; Training: Conduct site qualification visits as needed and support onboarding, training, and ongoing guidance for site teams.
• Mentorship &amp; Team Support: Guide junior CRCs, share best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement across the team

• Infrastructure Development & Optimization: Architect and implement robust, scalable ML infrastructure that supports model training, deployment, and monitoring.
• ML Platform Engineering: Develop and maintain ML model serving and orchestration platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing engineering workflows. Gitlab pipelines for software and machine learning engineering
• Data Pipeline and Feature Engineering: Design and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines for ML applications, enabling efficient and reliable data preprocessing and transformation.
• MLOps and Automation: Implement MLOps best practices to streamline model lifecycle management, from training to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
• Cloud & Containerization: Leverage cloud computing resources (AWS, GCP) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes) to scale ML workloads efficiently.
