About the role
- Work with current and potential partners to aid in customer research, business development, feedback collection, and product planning
- Define product release slices for Supplier experience that optimize for time to value
- Measure and analyze product success/fail metrics and align them to business goals
- Align your balanced team on a clear strategy and prioritize work to maximize user outcomes
- Build artifacts that help unify the organization (roadmaps, product briefs, etc.)
- Support your team through the product build and launch process
- Manage milestones and deliverables to maximize time to value
- Help define and measure success metrics
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Communication & Collaboration: An excellent communicator, presenting ideas clearly and succinctly, and highly collaborative
- Results-Oriented & Analytical: You can look at problems and create solutions from high-level goals that drive real business impact
- Strategic & User-Focused: Great at prioritizing in a complex healthcare landscape
- Ambiguity & Risk Management: Past successes driving software products forward, ideally at a startup
- Travel: Willing to travel to customer sites and/or conferences (1-2 trips per quarter)
