About the role

  • Assisting surgeons in the operating theatre and supporting patients before, during and after procedures
  • Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of surgical and diagnostic procedures
  • Preparing and clearing operating rooms, including the required materials and equipment
  • Carrying out hygiene measures and reprocessing surgical instruments

Requirements

  • Minimum age: 17 years
  • Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife) or lower secondary school certificate (Hauptschulabschluss) and either a minimum two-year completed vocational training or a one-year training as a nursing assistant (m/f/d)
  • Good empathy and strong observational skills
  • Ability to work in a team, attention to cleanliness and technical aptitude
  • Willingness to complete a two-week internship at our clinic
