About the role

  • You will take charge of project and process management at our sites — close to executive management, both strategic and operational.
  • You analyze workflows, identify patterns and translate them into clear, efficient processes.
  • You design new structures, set standards and drive innovation — from concept to implementation.
  • You support the rollout of various processes and projects and make digitalization tangible in day-to-day clinical operations.
  • You create transparency, improve interfaces and align people, data, and decisions.

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in business, change management, project management, or a related field.
  • Analytical in thinking, pragmatic in action and highly independent in execution.
  • Self-organized, solution-oriented, entrepreneurial — you want to see impact, not just tick off tasks.
  • Very good German language skills, written and spoken.
  • Confident user of MS Office (especially Excel).
