About the role

  • Support the clinic management in day-to-day operations and the strategic development of both rehabilitation clinics
  • Prepare and analyze business and financial reports, key performance indicators and management reporting
  • Participate in budget planning, contract negotiations and year-end accounting activities
  • Lead and participate in projects — especially those related to process optimization, digitalization and profitability
  • Provide support on personnel and organizational matters for individual clinic departments
  • Ensure efficient workflows and economically viable solutions while maintaining high quality standards

Requirements

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Economics or a comparable program — ideally with a focus on healthcare
  • Initial relevant professional experience in the healthcare sector, e.g., from a trainee program
  • Analytical and entrepreneurial thinking combined with a hands-on mentality
  • Strong communication skills, team orientation and enthusiasm for working in healthcare
  • Willingness to take responsibility and to continue developing professionally and personally
